Opportunity

Often people associate tech jobs with nerdy males; however, there are many opportunities available for teen girls. For 10th and 11th grade girls in New York, there is a program titled “Girls Who Code,” the cost varies and scholarships are available. In Chicago, Illinois “Project Tech Teens” is available—especially for girls; email: webreakbread@gmail.com.

It is important to know that there are concerned individuals working to assist young folk and that opportunities are available for those who are ready to commit and actively pursue their ambitions.
